Pseudo-F containing Pseudomonas fluorescens is adapted to survival in soil and colonization of plant roots this applies also for the particular case of biocontrol agents from this species. Biocontrol strains have noticeably been observed at the root surface, (i.e. the rhizoplane) often forming microcolonies or discontinued biofilms in the grooves between epidermal cells. the strain is also capable of endophytic colonization. Within root tissues, they are mostly found in the intercellular spaces of the epidermis and the cortex. They are effective at utilizing seed and root exudates for growth and can colonize the rhizosphere aggressively. Strains with biocontrol ability may represent in the order of 10% of all rhizosphere strains,

1. Foliar spray

Spray in the early and late stage of crop or spray on crop at initiation of symptoms of plant pathogens. Cover full canopy of the crop for effective results

Dose -Dilute 2.5/ ltr. and spray the solution

 2. Soil application

Apply through drip ventury or broadcaster through Sprinkler set with ventury Apply by mixing with farm yard manure / Vermicompost/ Organic fertilizer/ or soil of the farm

Dose per hectare -2.5 ltr.

3. Making Slurry solution 

 Take 200 litr clean water in a drum add 10 kg Cow dung , 5 Ltr Cow urine 2 kg Jaggery, 2 kg Soyabean or Bengal gram left it for 5 days in closed condition with daily stirring two times. Add Pseudo-f on 5th day in to it and apply to root zone for horticulture crop.
